


At Yonekyu, with the consumers as the basis of our product development, we are opening new windows on food concepts, and thus delivering innovative flavours. Sparing no efforts in drawing out the scrumptiousness of the ingredients, our Butaniku no miso nikomi is the winner of several awards including the gRakuten Gourmet Award.h In addition, with the popular Butahireniku no kunsei which we focused on the processing-sensitive pork tenderloin amongst our other materials, we are continuing to build the gYonekyu Brandh from an unconventional point of view.

Yonekyu's core product line started with a grilled pork product called yakibuta. One of our flagship products, Jikabi Yakibuta was inspired by our special affection for yakibuta and the desire and belief that we could make it better. Jikabi Yakibuta is cooked at high temperatures in a gas-powered convection heating chamber. When we look back at the product development process for Jikabi Yakibuta, we are amazed that, through a dedicated effort, it only took a speedy one week to complete.
