


Imported Meat Yonekyu's meat business delivers meat, our core product line, packaged as table meat to retailers via our operation branches in addition to supplying meat as raw materials for our production plants. As part of our ongoing focus on freshness, overall product quality, supply stability, and safety we provide publically accessible product traceability information for our customers.
♦American Pork / Seaboard Pork Seaboard Foods Corp. ships us Seaboard pork directly from their processing plants in Guymon, Oklahoma and St. Joseph, Missouri. A Yonekyu employee is stationed at the Guymon plant, solely for the purpose of supervising production of items for export to Yonekyu.
♦Canadian Pork / Juicy Mugibuta Olymel S.E.C. / L.P. in the state of Alberta ships us chilled pork directly from their Red Deer plant. Nine Yonekyu selected farms grow hogs located in the Canadian Rockies.
♦Australian Beef / Angus Beef We import Angus beef from Australia in a safe manner. Australia has advanced meat safety standards and was the first country to implement a mandatory traceablity system. All the shipped meat comes with producer verification.
♦Brazilian Poultry / Sea Valley Chicken We are importing poultry directly from the Sea Valley Farm, where a cooperative of feed grain producers is producing poultry in a vertically-integrated operation. The poultry are raised with NON-GMO grains (NON-GMO : non-genetically modified organism) .
♦Brazilian Poultry / Kaiyou Dori® We purchase poultry from an HACCP-certified plant in Brazil where the poultry are raised and processed in a vertically-integrated operation. During post processing in our domestic production facility, the poultry are spiced with salt containing a particularly high mineral content from Izu Ooshima island. Coupled with our special mix of herbs and spices at our domestic production facility, this makes for a tender and savory poultry product.

Domestic Meat In order for us to proudly deliver safe meat products, we are offering consumers a way to virtually see the faces of people who produced their food. By focusing on safety and reliability, we can deliver our products in peak freshness and stable in quality.
♦Domestic Beef (Kirosa Ranch) We manage the calving, rising, and feeding of our cows in vertically integrated facilities at Yonekyu's contracted ranches located in nature rich areas in Hokkaido and Touhoku region with Iwate prefecture as the center. This enables us to provide beef to consumers with optimal levels of food safety and reliability.
♦Yonekyu Mugibuta (wheat-fed hogs) Yonekyu Mugibuta are raised on wheat at Yonekyu contract farms allowing full control of producers and places of production. Yonekyu wheat-fed hogs stand out in the domestic market for its pure white fat having a desirable level of firmness and also for its lack of gamy.
♦Bimi Dori (Delicious Poultry) We grow and produce Bimi Dori in Shizuoka prefecture. Our basic philosophy calls for the production of tasty poultry that is low in fat and cholesterol. By controling the feed, the producers and the farms used to raise our poultry, we are able to offer differentiated poultry product with greatly enhanced food safety and reliability.
