Ever since our establishment, Yonekyu has been determined to make sure that consumers know where the meat is being produced and to ensure that consumers can look the origin of the meat in the eye as guarantee of its safety. Despite the severity of the environment Japanese livestock producers are currently facing, we strategically involve ourselves directly in the livestock business to ensure that stable supplies of safe and secure meat can be delivered to our customersf tables.

Bimi-Dori / Yonekyu Oishii Tori Corp.
Raised and processed in Shizuoka Prefecture. Bimi-Dori brand poultry are fed with an original feed of blended natural ingredients to make meat quality as low in fat and cholesterol and to bring out the best flavor. Through assigning specific feed, producers and farms, we ensure in-house supply of freshest poultry with food safety.

Kirosa has adopted an integrated farming system that is involved in all aspects of livestock management from birth upwards. It is intimately related to the locality at its contracted ranches in the nature-rich areas of Hokkaido and Tohoku, centered in Iwate Prefecture. Tthis enables us to provide Yonekyufs Iwate Menkoi Gyu brand (cross-breed of Japanese black and dairy cattle species) and other brands of beef to consumers with optimal levels of food safety, product reliability and delicious flavors.

Setouchi Rokkokuton / Taiyo Pork Corp.
At a farm (part of the hog raising association for east Hiroshima, an agriculture producer's cooperative corporation) in Hiroshima prefecture, the first in Japan to run on the HACCP* system, we raise the highly acclaimed Yonekyu brand hogs Setouchi Rokkokuton brand, paying great attention to a diet of six types of feed (corn, rice, barley, milo, wheat and soy beans) to ensure delicious meat and sweet lard.

*HACCP:The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system is one of the methods for managing food hygiene. The measure was set up to prevent food safety hazards by analyzing and monitoring risks at each stage of the production process.

Jyoshu Rokkokuton / I-Pork Corp.
At an appointed farm in Gunma prefecture, hogs are raised on six types of cereals to ensure a stable supply of domestic pork with a minimum of the distinctive pork smell but with rigorously high meat quality.
